1. Service
CertAce provides digital exam-dump materials, including questions, suggested answers, explanations, community discussion, progress tools, and downloadable study files. Unless a product page states otherwise, a one-time purchase grants personal access to that exam for 30 days.
2. Orders and payment
Prices, currency, included content, access period, and whether a charge is one-time are shown before checkout. Current products are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You must review and accept these Terms and the Refund Policy before placing an order.
An order is complete only after Lemon Squeezy confirms the transaction.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Personal license and acceptable use
CertAce grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for your own study during the stated access period. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, systematically scrape, automate bulk extraction, bypass access controls, or use the materials to create competing datasets or services. Reasonable personal PDF use is allowed; redistribution is not.
5. Trademarks and independence
CertAce is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by certification vendors unless explicitly stated. Exam and vendor names may be trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the certification being studied.
6. Educational disclaimer
Exam dumps and practice results are study aids, not a guarantee that you will pass an examination or meet a vendor's eligibility requirements. Certification vendors control their own objectives, scheduling, scoring, policies, and credentials.
7. Delivery, availability, and enforcement
After the payment provider confirms payment, access is delivered electronically to the buyer's account and appears in My library. We may correct errors, update questions, remove inaccurate content, investigate misuse, or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Approved refunds end access to the refunded product.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and CertAce is not responsible for examination outcomes, vendor policy changes, or services outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes, disputes, and contact
