1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, account identifier, and profile image if available. We also store purchases, access expiry, saved questions, practice progress, site comments, and support messages. Technical logs may include IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, and requested pages.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, deliver purchased exam dumps, preserve progress, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and meet legal, tax, and payment obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. Service providers
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, hosting, databases, storage, and operational logging. Lemon Squeezy processes the order and payment information needed for charges, tax, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and payment support.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use only cookies or browser storage needed for sign-in, security, session continuity, and essential preferences. CertAce does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Retention and security
Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably required for support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use encrypted transport and managed cloud access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your privacy choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by emailing privacy@cert-ace.com from the address associated with your account. Some order and security records may be retained where required by law.
7. United States state privacy notice
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information. CertAce does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children and international processing
The service is intended for certification candidates and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our cloud and payment providers operate.
