You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Tell us the order email or order reference and the exam you purchased.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@cert-ace.com. Include your order email, exam name, and order reference, but never send card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved returns are sent to the original payment method.
After a refund
Access to the refunded exam ends when the refund is approved. A refund does not affect other products you purchased.
Digital content, fair use, and legal rights
Access begins when payment confirmation unlocks the exam dump. The stated 30-day guarantee still applies after access begins. We may deny repeated or abusive refund requests intended to retain or redistribute substantially all downloadable content, unless applicable law requires the refund.
